11/12 - 11/18 Log

I had a pretty decent week, getting my mileage back up above 60, and a decent hill tempo run (still slow but it was a very cold morning). Several of us took the long way down via the Columbine trail, taking advantage of no snow for now. Once the snow starts, this trail gets very icy. The long run on the Falcon trail was very nice; this has always been one of my favorite trails and it has been improved greatly in the last few years. It is now a bit longer and is all trail. They also have added mileage markers.

Moab

This week, we are taking off for Moab and will be spending 4 days there running, hiking, and biking over Thanksgiving. This will be the 4th time we've gone to Moab for Thanksgiving and it is usually a really nice time to be there with no crowds but still OK weather. It will be a good chance for me to get 4 days of good running at a lower elevation as well.

Looks like the running is going well. Moab should be a nice break in weather change. How come Jurek pulled out of ATY? or so I have heard.
