In the last several days, the plantar's wart on the bottom of my foot got so bad I finally went to the doctor to have it removed, my dog got hit by a truck, and my wife has started sleeping in the guest bedroom due to my DMSO bad breath. At least my Pickup still is running good.
The DMSO has brought quite a bit of relief (I've used it a few times for 3 or 4 days at a time), but I then tend to up the pace just enough on my runs that the hamstring starts to get tight again. I'm going to stop the use of it for now and just try to run slower. Next week I have an appointment with a sports accupuncturist down in Colorado Springs, which I have never done before but am trying to keep an open mind. Next up if that doesn't help will be Santeria.
My dog Darwin is fine by the way; I think the truck has more of a dent than Darwin's hard head. He's an Australian Cattle Dog and his instinct is to chase and nip at large, fast moving objects.

Indeed it does have a country music twang to it. All you need now to do now is watch NASCAR with the dog now that you're stuck with the couch. O yeah and get some sunburn on those arms, I mean heck we wear sleeveless shirts running most of the time anyway. Maybe Wrangler jeans or Copenhagen for a sponsor.
Have you tried one of those TENS units on your hammy yet?
