Our chocolate lab Jackson turns 10 today. He was my main training partner for my first LT100, but these days he is content to hang around napping most of the time. I'll probably nap a lot more when I'm 70 too.

Happy birthday! Mine is 12, but she was never much of a runner, even in her youth :-)
